Others
Most of my anxiety comes from thinking and believing others, even those closest to me, think the worst about me and that I'm not don't enough, what I should be doing and what is good without realizing. I guess this is kinda a "never good enough" complex and it is irrational and I think slightly self centered of me. Why am I even thinking about myself so much anyways?! I want to be more attentive and have a strong memory to bring joy to others and see the best in all of us without being idealistic and more imaginative instead.

The issue is you enabling that behaviour from them. Think about it , if you were assertive and gave no f*** they would eventually stop. You know they aren't right, so why believe them? You know better. You know the reality. And most people who do this to you probably are controlling people that like to know they have control over you by making you think that about yourself.
Don't allow them to put you down.
@patientThinker2600 Thanks for sharing this! It's totally normal to feel those insecurities in the context of anxiety. It sounds like you would like to not think about these types of things as much as you do now so that you can be more attentive to others. I think it's important to have self-compassion--this is not your fault, these are thoughts and insecurities you are having! It's great that you're becoming attuned to them so that hopefully you can start to dispute some of them when they come up.
