Overthinking the smallest things...
I'm always in the mindset of "what if". Ever since I had a very bad attack I tend to overthink everything. Which in turn gives me panic attacks or leads me to have it for multiple days were o dont sleep and choose not to be social. You might say I have a fear of everything. Especially thinking I'm going to lose my mind.

Hi Constantworry,
Thank you for posting and sharing. I'm sorry to hear that you have panic attacks. It must be very overwhelming and affect your daily life. I am the same with ovethinking, I am the biggest overthinker ever, even about little things. You just have to remind yourself that "what ifs" rarely ever happen. How many times have you thought that a situation was going to happen but then it didn't? Also, after situations where I have been really worried, I always ask myself "what was I actually worrying for" because the worrying only made me experience the situation in my head multiple times. I hope this helps a litte. You are not alone and if you ever want to chat I am just a message away! Take care.

Hello! I can understand this overthinking trap as I've gone through it myself, I think there's need to take things step by step, prioritizing the tasks on the basis of what's most important to do is best way to defeat this trap of overthinking and also there's need to train the mind to shift from 'do' approach to 'done' attitude, replace the thoughts that I will do something with the one that I will get this thing done now, this 'done' approach will help a lot and it all starts from thinking shift.
@constantworry I also worry about what ifs
