Physical symptoms from anxiety

My anxiety has been so bad lately that I feel deep pressure in back between my shoulder blades and in my chest, and like I have a lump in my throat from crying to hard when I haven't. It's just hard to catch my breath and my heart rate is fast. I know I'm fine, I try deep breathing and praying which helps.. but I've just been worrying about everything lately. The smoke coming in to the area today does not help at all. I'm 32 and a wife and mom to 3. Most of my anxiety come from worrying about things that hasn't even happened yet. Ugh.. anyone else feel physical symptoms from anxiety?

@energeticZebra255 I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. Those physical symptoms you're describing sound absolutely draining. It's so frustrating when your body betrays you like that, even when your mind knows you're "fine." It's good that the deep breathing excercise and prayers offer you some comfort. And worrying about things that might happen – who hasn't been there? It's such a common anxiety trap. Please know you're definitely not the only one experiencing physical symptoms with anxiety. Have you tried anything else to manage it, like mindfulness - which really helped me out?  Sometimes just talking things through with someone can be a lifesaver too so im glad that you posted here. I wish you all the best!

@energeticZebra255

I’m sorry you have been feeling this way. I tend to feel physically sick when I get anxious - or I get horrible stomach aches which affects my whole mood for the day. It can be so hard when anxiety just comes out of the blue and we don’t know why. Or even when the anxiety is about day to day things. I’m always here if you need someone to talk to!!!
