Please Help!

First off, I'm new here so sorry if I do something wrong.

I use duolingo, a website for learning languages and they used to have an "activity" feature where you could chat with other users. Another user and I chatted a lot and when the activity stream shut down we got each others emails (I didn't give out my real one, I made another email just for this) and we talked via email.

(I feel so stupid) I gave out my name, age, birthday (month and age), and state that I live in. I really have no reason to be worried because I (of course) didn't give out my address but I'm still really scared.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm worried they're gonna like do something but they can't because they don't even know where I live.

Please help. I'm freaking out about this for no reason whatsoever. And I feel too embarressed to tell anyone. I need someone to calm me down.
