Does anyone know what a phobia is for emotional pain? Like specifically going through some sort of tragedy alone.

Its like a fear of suffering a loss of a loved one or some other tragic event when you know you dont have a support system to connect to other people or have people you know empathize with you

I don’t have a name for this but I for sure have this. Very scary feelings.
