Hello, hope you're feeling better ...

Here are some tips for you, i hope it can help.

People who suffer from anxiety panic attack can be one of its consequences.

How to prevent a panic and anxiety attack:
When you begin to experience mild symptoms, find a place that feels cool and safe;

Never run away, don't do anything to fuel your despair;

Sit or crouch, whichever feels most comfortable to you;

Breathing is your ally, take a deep breath and release it slowly through your mouth, do this for a few minutes;

Try to remain calm, divert your thoughts to another subject;

Thinking about solutions to issues you left unfinished is also a form of distraction;

Use your senses: notice what's happening around you, some scent that catches your attention, a sound, something you can touch.
