Random Anxiety/Increased Heart-Rate

Does anyone else suddenly have their heart rate increase for no reason? I'm not entirely sure if this is anxiety related, because I don't necessarily have a trigger point for it. It just seems to happen, and then I think that's what makes me feel anxious?
