Relationship Anxiety

I'm married and I love my husband so much, but I keep worrying that he doesn't love me anymore. Every little thing makes me spiral into doubt. Things that make me feel alone and ignored. I don't know what to do about it, I feel like I can't talk to my husband without him feeling like he's done something wrong. He's dealing with his own mental health issues and I don't know if he's more withdrawn than normal because of that or if it's just me reading too much into things. I have details if anybody wants them, but I'm more looking for some way to cope with feeling alone all the time. I'm especially desperate since he's not going to be home for a week and a half and will have spotty reception where he's staying.

@SweetPotato7 I'm sorry that you were feeling this way back in august and you have had to wait so long for a response. I hope you have been feeling less alone since then. I understand the frustration of trying to express your wants and needs to a partner without crossing the line of hurting them. Sounds very much like how I felt when I addressed concerns to my partner. I always suggest couples counseling if its affordable to your budget. The disconnect could be caused by the way you are voicing your needs, the way he is perceiving it, or a combination of both. Having someone there can help strengthen the way you two are communicating with each other about sensitive topics or each other's needs. You shouldn't have to sacrifice what you need from the relationship because you are afraid of hurting him when you tell him nor should he feel attacked each time you do voice them. Counseling can do wonders to bridge these two seemingly impossible goals.
