Severely Anxious
Hello. Soooo I need help. My fiance has this female friend. They talk often on Facebook and have now upgraded to talking on the phone. They have only been friends for only a month. The problem is that everytime I see my fiance on his phone I get really anxious. I know that nothing is going on between them, but I cant seem to stop getting anxious. I have this constant fear that my fiance is going to leave me for someone better, I had this fear before they became friends. I dont know how I can stop these anxious feelings. I don't want to stop them from being friends. Any help will be great.

@observantMoon My fiance and I have talked about it. He understands my fears, but for some reason I just cant get rid of the anxiety. I'm meeting her tonight. I'm hoping that by getting to know her, my anxious feeling will go away.
Thats great that your fiancé understands your fears and is open to talking to you. Its also cool that you get to meet her. Maybe you might make her as a new friend as well? @Blueladybugzus
