It sounds to me like you struggle with coping with anxiety. I'd love to share some things that might help you in the short term and present some long term options. But first, I want to remind you success is subjective and it is not a linear path. Many of us, myself included, didn't even make it in the door to college, so in my book, you're doing swell. Try to go easy on yourself.

To remind myself that I'm doing ok, I like to start the day with 3 affirmations that are powerful to me. I'm not original so I stole mine from the internet. It's refreshing to take a little scroll through them when I feel down as well. For you I might say "I can do hard things", "if everyone is watching, it's because they're impressed. I am impressionable", and "I have control over my emotions. They will not control me."

I also like to keep a Bullet Journal that I write down one goal I have for the day. Even if it's just "get through this day at work without leaving early", which I can absolutely relate to you doing at school.

When I'm at work and having a particular hard time dealing with anxiety, I remove myself to a private area (100% to a bathroom stall for me), and practice drawing a sideways 8 with my eyes. The science behind it is that when we get really anxious, our response is to zoom in on things and be almost overly alert visually. To relieve this, you can trick your brain into stop doing doing that by "drawing" an infinity symbol with your eyes. If I have my journal with me, I like to write about what happened in the moment that caused it so I can look back on it later and see if I have any better insight to the situation. I've learned SO much about myself by doing that. I've changed my affirmations several times based on what specifically makes me anxious.

One more thing I'd like to suggest is to take 10 small minutes to do something for yourself that shows you that you love YOU. I choose to give myself a massage on my head because I suffer from stress headaches. But if that means straight up standing in the mirror and TELLING yourself that you love you, do that.

I hope this helps and I truly wish you the best. Good luck with school! You got this!
