How to cut of with negative people when it's your on family members?

@soleyahi It's certainly easier to cut contact if you don't live with the person you are distancing yourself from. I haven't blocked the person I've cutting contact with, but that is an option if you need it. You are also under zero obligation to tell the person "why," although you can if you want to.

Before too long you may even forget why you did it! I recommend writing down your reasons so you can remember your reasons.

I haven't done that with my family. But i have cut of friends that i had known for years.

I didn't feel like our friendship was healthy. And i always felt anxious because of that.

But i thought about it again and i realized that it wasn't the end. And that i would feel better after it. Sooner or later you will move on and understand that you deserved more than you recieved.

I don't regret it, because i've found amazing people i really can call my friends.

So, don't be afraid do take that step if it will make you happier. You will be fine.
