It's really hard for me to get out of bed sometimes because my anxiety makes me have low energy from overthinking about things all the time. Also I find I hard to even go out my front door like I got to have the motivation which I don't have all of the time

@littleCucumber6661 When you feel low energies I think it is better if you will try to meditate. Try listening to some calm sounds and most importantly is surround yourself with positive and happy persons because they can radiate positive energies in you as well. I hope this can help you. Smile! There are lots of things we should be thankful for even when it seems there is none just open your eyes that there always be one reason to smile. That you are still alive you can enjoy life live life to the fullest it is just you need to adjust your thoughts. Our thoughts or thinking are very powerful. If you are down and then you will also think that you are really down it won't help you I think. We are only human sometimes we feel that kind of pain and it is okay to least enjoy the pain that we are feeling for a while but remember that you need to forget it after that smile and think that you can get through it! -love and light :) https://mangoclinic.com/proven-hacks-for-easing-debilitating-anxiety/

It's important when you wake up to not use your phone for at least an hour. Same thing before bed (sounds impossible ik) it really helps. Social media in general is really really bad for you. It's a habit that you should try to get rid of. Take care❤️

All I can suggest is setting easy goals and habits which are triggered by some event. For example; when you wake up, brush your teeth. Try to use the momentum from completing goals such as these to give you motivation to take care of yourself and get you through your day. Surrounding yourself with people in your situation might not be the best idea right now. I know what it's like to barely be able to have a conversation with the people you love let alone a complete stranger. I still get scared when I have to socially interact so suddenly without warning. But all it takes is practice. Maybe going out for a walk 5 minutes a day in the early morning for example and when you get back have some tea, hot chocolate or a coffee as a reward. Listen to music and drown out your surroundings with headphones. For me it really helps to feel safe and secure by going out in light rain - and the way it feels and drowns out the sounds of the world really helps me feel at ease and much more safe. Best of luck to you. Much love.
