Stressed about new job

I'm starting a new job where I am working independently and the fear of doing it incorrectly is nearly paralyzing me. However, I am also fearful of asking too many questions. I think it is slowing down my work a lot and hindering my performance. I am also sure that my work is going to be reviewed because I am new, so I do not know why I am worrying so much.
