Test Anxiety

Can anyone suggest strategies to deal with test anxiety??

I have taking the Praxis (SLP) three times in the last three months. I need to pass soon bc I'm finishing my Clinical fellowship and without the test I can't have my professional license. Every time I have taken it I have been 2 points raw by passing it. I need a 162, I have gotten 158, 160 and 160. When I'm doing the test I feel like I just want to finish, sometimes I want to cry, last time I had to leave for 15 minutes because I was having difficulties breathing, and shaking, all emotional. When I went back then I felt rushing because it is a timed test. I sometimes feel like I'm auto sabotaging myself. I honestly don't know what else to do. I am studying again from zero to see if knowing the material better helps me feel more secure. I'm taking the test again in May, is there anyone that can give me advice, please.

Thank you,

@creativePine6961 tests can be somewhat difficult, and can raise your anxiety levels, so I completely understand why you're asking this question. I knew someone who was prescribed beta blockers, perhaps this could be an option for you while you take the test?
