I spoke to a friend of mine some time ago to try and get help for my girlfriend's younger sister. She gave me some books and helped me get in touch with therapists and also told me about 7 Cups of tea. I passed all that onto the sister and it really started helping her. So much so that she encouraged me to use the app too for my stress.

I don't know screen names. But this app and especially the anxiety support community has directly helped two people in my life and I want to offer my sincere thanks.
