Unwanted attention
Everything is falling apart for me. I thought I did it alright. I got to new place. I don't find if necessary to make random conversations so I don't interact much yet I am never rude. If they talk to me first, I give all my attention. No one dislike me nor like me. The way I like it. I thought that my lack of success is social skill is harmless but it has become my downfall.
I found out that my status was misunderstood by my classmates. They interpret it the way they want/how the situation fits instead of confronting me. At first I thought their change in behaviour was exam stress but now that I find out, they are not hiding it. Some girls are very hateful towards me.
I usually avoid drama so I don't know how to handle it now that I am put in the spotlight. I don't care about what people think BUT I care this time because two of them are someone I used to hang out with and consider as a friend. I am shocked how they think I would do such vile things. They should know I am not that kind of person.
Then again, it got me thinking.. What if I give off that vibe or I am a bad person and I am just unware. I probably give them a reason to:(
I can't concentrate on anything else but the fact that it's a big misunderstanding so it's not fair. When I try clearing up and tell my side, they won't listen anymore since they had been holding in for a while.
Uff people sucks. Wish I never talked to anyone.
@Lostgirl579
That really sucks, and I wish I could help. Sometimes keeping to yourself gives others a chance to just say whatever they want. People do suck. I am sure you will make it through. Do you have anyone to talk to at the school? I understand that you keep to yourself, and I know someone in a similar situation. Do you talk to any staff member? Even if you do not, you can talk to me or anyone else on here. Do you have any friends soutside of school? I may not be able to help, but I would like to try. I hope you are doing alright.
@princelyqween first thanks for the concern:)
And wow you are so right about giving others chance to assume
Not really. I am just embarrassed to talk about it. I don't wana show my vulnerability
I have to friends here who knows about it. BUT the thing is.. They have known about the fact there classmates are angry with me yet they never told me about it:(
Also they just wash their hands off it. They did not try to defend me nor talk to them for me about the fact that it's a misunderstanding:(
It hurts too because I am. Protective of people I care about and when they face these kind of problems I fight for them to the point it becomes my problem too. But I am stupid for expecting friends to do same for me
