Waking up with Anxiety
Every morning I wake up with Anxiety. It takes me so much time to get going and start my day. I have been unemployed for an year now. I don't know what to do to move forward anymore. How do I move past it? I'm not sure if I'm anxious because of my failure ir i failed because of my anxiety.

Maybe you should quote with a loud voice in the morning: "Jesus loves me this I know, for the Bible tells me so. Little ones to Him we go, I'm weak but He's strong. Yes Jesus loves me, Yes Jesus loves me. Yes Jesus loves me - He loves you and me." (It is a song - maybe it is possible to google it. (Our/my mind is often a battlefield).

Hey bud
Im in the same boat sure things seem bad i know but what I suggest is that you try something new perhaps hone some existing skills or try to gain new ones im not sure what work you're doing before.... But there are lots of online courses that you can try some might even give you completion certificates add these to your resume and keep powering through

Yes please, I totally understand how you feel. I can tell you that gratitude is a strong anti-dote to your blessings. May God bless you :) The entire world is going through a very rough phase. Please keep your mind as occupied as you can. If possible, start freelancing on upwork.com .I am sure you will get what you want . Just have faith . Sending the power of the universe to you.
Hi all,
Thanks a lot for the support. I will try the suggestions. May all of us have the strength to power through these difficult times.
Hey @confusedpineapple25,
I have been experiencing that recently too, ever since I moved back on campus (at the school im enrolled in). I tend to get emotional, my thoughts race, and then I just stay stuck... wasting time. What has helped me personally, is distracting the mind. Whenever I get up or go out and I feel this way I may listen to music or call a friend. Sometimes I think about what around me would I enjoy right now and simply find some type of pleasure to distract the mind. I feel as though our emotions take over sometimes and when we can peak past them even the slightest bit, you make that window bigger and bigger and therefore, actually get past the emotions and through the window. All from personal experience... but I hope it helps in someway. Just know your not alone!
