WhatsUpApp - this is decent app for managing light anxiety that can be downloaded free on google play store. It is no use for heavy anxiety attacks which I suffer. It helps with light ones pretty well. A resource I am glad to share!

@sensibleSkies8757

Thanks so much for sharing sensibleskies! Will have to check it out! That is very kind of you to share this app with us all! I suffer from anxiety too. For the super intense ones, I use acupuncture pressure points (shenmen) in the ears, and I also use essential oils like lavender, frankincense, or I take a walk outside or take a shower. I think the grounding technique - name 5 things you see, 4 things you hear, 3 things you touch, 2 things you smell and one thing you touch helps me a lot when it's really intense. (When I follow breathwork, it tends to make me more panicky!) I guess different things work for different people! Thanks again for sharing this cool app! heart

@Flowingstreams those are awesome. Lavendar oil that is pure is medicinal but costly!
