Worried about redundancy because i am sabbatical leave
Hi i am worried as i am on sabbatical leave and being made redundant soon and have individual consultation soon
But the most part i am scared is they will dismiss me with out pay becuase i do not stand there
The individual consultation is online so thats not problem
But again feeling really stressed and scared because being let go with out any payment to support my self untill i find another job

It sounds as though you are really concerned about your position and having an income. It's a survival kind of feeling, like "Will I make it? Will I manage until I can find some other income?"
Without knowing more, i can't really comment much more than this but just know that someone is wishing you well.

its might be difficult
but do not operate from a position of fear
jump into a peace and joy platform
and operate from there
worrying is not going to help anyway
so try to rejoice in your suffering
