Hey! I'm sorry that you've been feeling really on edge recently. I remember when I used to be on edge all the time, and you're completely right, it's very exhausting. It's like having a full-time job on top of everything you have to do in life. Any phobia can be really hard to handle, and I'm sorry that you have to deal with emetophobia. I'm glad that you were able to recognize what it was though! That's a step in the right direction. Anxiety can come in many different forms and shapes, and stress eating is definitely one of those forms. I'll admit that I've been struggling with my weight too. I don't think the holidays have helped at all in that sense either, which is upsetting, but I'm right there with you. It's good to see you've identified what you need to do, now you just have to find the motivation and push to go do it! 7 Cups has a self-help guide on weight management.
