afriad to apply to a job after 2 years of isolation and anxiety
I graduated from university on september 2017, I am afraid to apply to a job because of my anxiety I'm afraid of the new environment and the new people that I'll meet. I isolated myself even of my relatives and I feel bad about their prespective of me, I dont know how to fix those relationships. I feel alone and isolated want to change but afraid and dont know how to change

I feel the same way about isolation it's hard to go through everything alone and it's often overwhelming.

I feel you. I graduated this year, and I am trying to improve my skills and learn more so I can pursue my dream job. Currently, I am unemployed, and trying to earn a penny by freelancing (but I get very little money very rarely because I still do not have a reputation and skills to ask for more). Even though I try as hard as I can, the learning process seems to be taking too much time, and I feel like I am not progressing. Also, I am having trouble with concentration, focus, and being still. When I compare myself now to myself back in the highschool days (straight A student with a lot of motivation and fuel), I can see a drastic difference. I have a hard time speaking to someone about this, and am afraid of going out there and interacting with strangers. I constantly think about what is going to happen with my life tomorrow and I feel it's not letting me enjoy the best years of lifetime. I never have seeked for help, but now I think I can not handle myself anymore.
