@ackerdamn First: I'm sorry you're going through that. I haven't had your experiences but one thing that came to mind: have you ever seen those water bottles that have a "timeline" on the side that indicate the time of the day? The idea is to encourage the person to continuously drink water throughout the day. Maybe something like that might help? I'd also understand if that might cause more anxiety, though, but just a thought.

Good luck! I also wanted to bump this up so people could see it.

Hello @ackerdamn! First of all, I am happy you're reaching out for help. It is the first and most important step and mindset! You WILL get out of this, just keep on believing.

Concerning the struggle with eating, it all comes down to your symptoms, which in my case are mainly nausea and the sensation of having a knot in the stomach/having it squished. What I found useful above all was to "prepare" myself mentally before eating. In other words, I could not eat at random times, whener I felt hungry, but I had to give myself 5/10 minutes first to relax either by breathing regularly or by receiving some sunlight to relieve the stress. In any case, the idea is to create a gap during which you can eat, regardless of the fact that later during the day you may loose all appetite again.

Hope it helps a bit. Let me know your opinion/experience.
