Hi. I've been in an on/off relationship with the same man for the past 7 years. My anxiety has been in overdrive for about a week now. I don't even know how I feel. I wonder if I should be accepting more of the blame for the things that have happened.

@HPlum9604 You don't have to take the blame for negative things. Everything in life happens for a reason. Even if we don't know each other, I'm here with you, anxiety is horrible, I know it. But we should see the good things we have around us and forget about the negative things in life for a while, I'm just a message away. You are not alone.

Hi @HPlum9604, I am sorry your going through that. Someone close to me once said these words that forever resignated with me since; "it takes 2 to build a relationship and it takes 2 to end one." Whatever occured in your relationship was not all your fault. What is big of you and what you seem to be doing is taking in all that has happened and questioning yourself and how you could be better. But thats all that is, growth, dont see it as blame. I believe everything happens for a reason. Theres a reason you were wiith him for 7 years. Theres a reason it was on and off. Theres a reason your not feeling good now. Keep doing what your doing! You have all the answers!
