social phobia

i suffered bullying for six years and it left me insecure about myself and with some scars. i can't socialize like the people with the same age as me or do simples things like oral prsentations because i feel insecure doing it and this is going down my grades (my teachers can't understand) and making me psychologically sick. i stopped self mutilating two years ago but i can't stop thinking in do it again
