recently my anxiety's gotten rly bad. for like a month i've been paranoid about my health thinking that im having heart attack/stroke symptoms n other rly unlikely things. ive been trying rly hard to think logically n rationalize my anxiety away but it rly makes me feel like im dying and its just so hard to stop thinking abt it. on top of that i dont have any friends. my whole life ive felt like an outsider and idk how/im scared to talk to ppl and so lately espescially ive just been super isolated and in my head. like 2 weeks ago my only friend and i stopped talking so now that like im truly alone and I am pretty much all i have im just terrified of everything, specifically death. ive had this feeling of impending doom that i cant shake so im afraid of doing anything. im trying to get help and be a better person and be kinder to myself but its hard bc my parents dont rly listen to me, and just coping with death and existential dread has become rly unbearable lately, especially since i have no one to hang out with or talk to. :-/ i hope things get better soon. thanks to anyone who read this.

@beetlez

I hope you feel better soon. Anxiety sucks, and I really get the whole constant existianal dread. I used to get it every night, and it can really hurt when the people closest to you don't seem to listen. Just try to take one day at a time, and when your anxiety begins to tell you things you know can't be real, try to fight back with logic. You can imagine you're one of those really sarcastic heroes, talking back to the villain, if that helps
