Has anyone had any experience in dealing with this. I'm trying to find my way around the site. I'm new here. It's not easy finding the right path as I get very confused any help is welcome. I apologise if I'm on the wrong group

Hey

I don't know if this is the right place.

Trying new things can be scary and challenging and even feel wrong.

Reconnecting with a part of ourselves that feels capable and safe couldn’t hurt.

That was we’re taking our power back and able to feel peaceful.

I like having a safety plan - calling a helpline of some kind, distracting myself and looking into resources that could help.

Is there something like that you could do?

@Collette27 Although stroke effects are unpredictable, mood disorders such as depression, anxiety and pseudo-bulbar affect are all too common. Studies suggest that simply having a stroke increases the risk of anxiety, depression or both.

Ooops 😎 I'm back, still breathing. Got me a few mobility issues. I'm doing ok. Life kinda threw me a few curve balls. I'm glad to be back, it's been a little isolating.
