Detective shows have given me a weird complex lol

So this is weird but remember on TV or movies that the ONLY time someone drives extremely slow is when they're following someone? I mean I drive a bit faster than the speed limit and ONLY drive that slow if there's something I want to look at. Like *squints* what kind of dead animal is that? or Wait Is that Brian over there?!

People drive extremely slow here and it's like what the fuck. I was walking down a road and this car passed me very slowly. Like 2-3 miles more than my walking speed. Then parked a block up ahead and just sat there for like 5 minutes. THEN got out of the car when I was right next to it. I know I'm being paranoid but WTF?! Are there people that really drive like 5-10 miles tops normally?! What the hell is wrong with them? It kind of seems like in my area you can drive as slow as 5 miles an hour literally anywhere and as long as you're not on the highway it's perfectly legal and you will never get pulled over. It's not even extremely old people or anything either. Are there these turtle drivers where you are too that drive 5 miles or slower for LONG periods? What the hell tho!
