Is there anyway to stop having social anxiety? I think in high school it's worse.

@Nunya Hey Nunya, I had social anxiety in hs too and things were really rough for me. I wish I had gone to counseling when I was younger. Do they have school counselors? I also relate to having parents that weren't supportive, but you will be able to live on your own when you're older.

I recommend this hypnosis too: I'm probably going to listen to it tonight because I had a group dinner with friends tonight and was really socially anxious.
