I don't know what to do...
My mental health has been bad for the past few months. It started at the beginning of April, when I first assigned to work with Covid patients (I'm almost a doctor, an intern/house Surgeon currently). I couldn't go for my duties, or rather chose not to go because that would put my family in a lot of risk, especially when eveyone has some comorbidity. That filled me with guilt and shame, and I woke up everyday with palpitations and increased breathing rate, though that part has goteen better in a way, since I'm back to doing my shifts at the hospital, I'm constantly on the verge of tears these days and I can barely hold back, and I don't have anyone to talk to, or reach out to, or someone to just check in on me. And now my mom is really sick, I don't have my then boyfriend to open up to, and I don't know who to open up to or where to seek help because of social anxiety and even just generalised anxiety. I was never clinically diagnosed with anxiety or depression, but as far as the symptoms/signs go, I do think I have anxiety and they all seem to be getting worse by the day, the anxiety, depression, social anxiety... Is there any place I could seek for therapy or counselling or any other resources, that cost less or are free, since I'm still a student and have no earning to pay for a therapist...
