I feel like lever to be is judging me

Hi, I often feel the same way. When I'm in public, it feels like everyone notices every detail about me, and actually communicating with people can make it so much worse.

We may not be going through the exact some issue, but one thing that helps me is reminding myself that others are often too wrapped up in their own thoughts to notice negative things about someone else. To help "prove" this to myself, I remember that I usually don't notice negative or "weird" things about other people. And many of those people are self-conciously about how different they are, too. Differences are usually much, much more noticable to you than anyone who communicates with you.

Also, I know this is said a lot, but being different isn't neccisarily a bad thing. I personally think the best people are different!

In what ways are you different? :)

People tend to stick with what is familiar to them and yeah it's easier to judge and assume things about the unknown instead of trying to get to know and understand something about it.

If you see that even when you make efforts to let people know more about you, they don't make the same efforts in minimizing those moments when they laugh or assume things instead of wanting to be with you and accept you, it means there is no point in suffering. Those people are just not the best ones to focus your attention on.

Better look at those who want your company and are happy to have you around, those who encourage you to be as different as you are and aren't jealous of you. And if you see no such people right now around you, don't worry! They will appear at the right moment. Hugs!!

I just wanted to say that we are all different for a reason, to be unique. How boring would life be if we were all the same. Being different is what makes you, you.
