I'm stuck
I feel like i have tried everything to overcome whatever it is i have, but now i just can't find peace anywhere. I don't like being home, i don't like being at college. Lately i just wake up wishing I hadn't.
There's people everywhere, i have nowhere to rest
When i do something i try to keep my focus in what im doing but I always end up thinking in how i am doing it and my mind goes blank, even when im alone. I try to keep things in my life in order, but everything i do is pointless, i am just going in circles, never making any real progress.
I don't like anything about myself, i want to stop everything and figure a way out of being this ungrateful, useless thing
I had been thinking in speaking with a psychologist in my college but being honest i don't know what i would even say.
In the end it would just be a waste of time for everybody, i have read everything i should do in the internet: to not avoid social situations, to meditate, to write, to exercise... I have tried them but i am still here.

Hi there. Thank you for sharing what you are going through, it sounds really miserable and confusing, but I am so glad that you came here to get this off your mind and share. I know you are worried that talking to a therapist will be a waste of time, but honestly, sometimes just venting our inner feelings and frustrations can be so helpful.
Your mental health and happiness is not a waste of anyone's time. And I really admire and respect that you recognize that you want to change some things to find your path to happiness. I would absolutely schedule some time with a psychologist at your college. It can't hurt to see if that puts you in a better frame of mind -- again just by talking about things and exploring why you feel the way you do.
Also, I know you mentioned meditation, but I want to share a link to some of our mindfulness exercises which are really helpful and cover a variety of topics.
