Is it okay to be different?
Is it okay to be different?
Differences are everywhere. Age, gender, personalities, race, religion, height, weight. There is no such thing as "identical", even there are differences between identical twins. There are differences and things beyond our control.
What makes us humans is that we tolerate differences. Just because someone behaves differently, looks different, it doesn't mean that they're less of a human being than everyone else.
Social anxiety is an illness that I would do anything to get rid of, but like most illnesses, it has taught me something - I may be different, but I'm not inferior to others.
I'm proud to say that I'm not perfect.
Social anxiety has ruined my life, but I don't regret having to live it.
Because in the end, like everyone else...... I'm only human

I don't know much about social anxiety and I am trying to learn from it here. It is nice to see another perspective as unique as yours relating social anxiety with just being a human being that's different as everyone else. :) I'm glad I've come across this because I love new perspectives.

Well put, that is correct you are not inferior to anyone. Everyone has been created in their own unique manner and everyone has their own gifts in certain areas of life that they bring to the world. God Bless
@helpfulBeing3374 Very true :) thank you so much for sharing xx
