Good Afternoon, I am a spouse of a man that got diagnose with Bipolar depression about an year ago. However now we are dealing with issues he doesnt want to leave the house. Its like he is letting everything that he feels take over his life.

I do have aniexty of my own. However its hard for me since I have never been able to let the aniexty control me. I dont know if becuase its different for a woman verses a man with aniexty and depression.

However every time that he getts real depressed he seems to talk to ex. What is wrong with talking to the wife?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there,

I know it's been a while since you posted this, but I was just wondering how things have been for you and your husband over recent months?

Have things started to settle down for you both?

It great to hear that you are able to control your anxiety, this shows you have excellent coping techniques, and are able to manage situations most wouldn't, you should feel very proud of this, because it's a achievement to be able to do this.

May I ask, How are you feeling about things now?

Best wishes
