I be had 6 anxiety attacks over the course of 2020-2021 I’ve mostly have them at school when i am around a whole bunch of people and it feels super embarrassing and I don’t know how to control my anxiety.it’s really hard when you know people are looking at you I make my heart beat fast hard to breathe and I start crying horribly and it just feels like this feeling is going to last forever.

It's okay you feel scared. Too bad for the people looking at you but it is about your wellbeing and that's it... I understand anxiety attacks are very scary and it's something inside of your body that is upset about something. It takes time to understand how anxious feelings work and what is does to your psychical body. There are ways to deal with it. For example, a psychotherapist can help you teach breathing well and even. Mindfulness, herbal tea, instrumental music, meditation & affirmations. It can all be helpful to calm your mind and body. Know that the mind and body are very close connected to each other. For example, before you go to school, try sit on your bed for 10 minutes straight and breathe in slowly and and out slowly. A calm start of the day can make a huge difference.
