For some reason, writing and sending emails have created a lot of anxiety for me lately. I guess since there is the only ways of getting into contact with people during this pandemic is through technology so my social anxiety has transferred electronically. I've always had issues with texting but email have become a new problem😕

Understandably, email causes stress and anxiety since email and text became one of the main communication tools during the pandemic. Several reasons can cause email anxiety, such as short response time, worrying about misspelling, or even tone that text can not deliver like the oral communication, and so on. Address the reasons that why you are feeling anxious about email may help. Prioritize the email and set up boundaries with people you are communicating with also a good way. For example, let the team know that you are not reading email after 9 PM. Wish you have a happy writing time later on.
