i have had these feelings for years where i’m too terrified to go out wit friends or by myself , i can be alone at times but i really need friends to be there, but at the same time i’m anxious and scared of my friends due to my past trauma of bullying , i have suspected i habe either depression or anxiety but i’m not sure at all to even call my self a person who has anxiety . i don’t go out often and i constantly worry about what’s going to happen , and people touching me anywhere also me feel uncomfortable , and basically everyone makes me slightly uncomfortable in a way . i wanna to have a one on one chat with a listener but i’m scared too , i don’t know what to do anymore

Hi, I relate to alot of how you're feeling. Feeling uncomfortable...just everywhere I am...it's a common thing, but remember we have alot of control, and we will be okay. One step at a time. You are strong and reaching out to a GOOD listener will happen, soon hopefully 😊 anxiety will pass as long as we have the right coping skills

I completely understand. My past traumas have made up shrink into my house and never want to leave. What’s worse is my husband travels for work, and he’s my only safety net (not healthy, I know). Just reading things to challenge myself to get out makes my heart pound, and I can’t catch my breath. And now I’m afraid that my fear is damaging my marriage. My husband LOVES to go do stuff. I used to, too. And this makes my heartbreak. I start counseling this week, but I know my recovery is long. I’m hear if you want to talk. I’m REALLY good at listening without judging. My strong suit, actually. Lol 💗
