Two Monday's ago I have an important science oral test. I didn't go because I have several panic attacks caused by my anxiety. It happened before but never so many. I really couldn't breath.

I was on the street and a lady just come near me asking if everything was okay, and I tell her I was having a panic attacks and she stayed with me a little while.. She was really nice.

but the worst is that I have an attack in front of the professor and now she think I'm weak, that I was too much agitated for nothing (she told me that). For me it wasn't nothing. But she didn't understand.

@EnjolrasPetrelli

I had my first panic attack on the 2nd week of my very first job.... i was crying and had difficulty breathing and i was hiding in the bathroom while it was happening. I ended up taking a leave for the rest of the day.

Although i was certain that, that instant would have affected my probation at work, sometimes it just takes the right person to talk to and to let what your going through and what your feeling out.

And hey, i still have my job :)

So sorry to hear that. Its ok that people do not understand. For someone that has not expereince an PA before will not understand.

I hope you are ok now. Its over, so focus instead on action that can help your anxiety and PA instead. All the best!!
