Scared of my voice

I tried to fight the boredom and feeling of constant monotony by joining 2 DnD servers (I'm very new in DnD).
One is very fun for me (tho a bit boring at times), as its over text;
The second one (just about to start), will be whoever is over voice chat.

I know my English is on a high lvl for my age, but I'm scared of talking in a language other than my native (or even then--).

How can I make it a bit easier for me during session? Just had a 1 on 1 sess 0, and couldn't focus enough to carry on the story because I was so anxious. Not to mention I'm already hard of hearing and I'm too embarrassed about repeatedly asking "pardon?" with the whole 6 ppl group playing :(

First, I am so proud of you for facing your fear! You are doing it! And it is ok to feel a little anxiety, just be sure to take some good deep breaths if you feel you are starting to get really anxious before speaking. And also, you can say, "hey can you guys speak up a bit, my audio on this end is not great...." But most importantly, give yourself credit for not letting this hold you back! Well done!
