I love school, but I get very anxious every morning when I need to get up and when i'm in the bus. And sometimes I have panick attacks

When I'm at school I feel like everyone is judging me. In class, I feel some type of pressure, I feel like i'm in a cage.

Idk what to do

@M1901

I've found guided meditation to be helpful in situations where I feel trapped and out of control. This is my favorite for what you described:

@M1901 your school anxiety is very valid. School on any level is kinda like a full time job and brings on stress, anxiety, fear and many other feelings we do not like. So, I am going to offer you some suggestions on tools,skills and some mindfulness exercises that you can prepare yourself with before you head out the door. Also some you can do at school where no one is gonna know thissmiley

Simple Mindful Breathing: https://youtu.be/eZV4sNz7ANY

Also taking a notebook and writing down your feelings and thoughts. On the other side of paper challenge those thoughts with truths/positiveness

Minute Mindfulnes : https://youtu.be/ZME0JKiweL4

** You can use this exercise on anything that is giving you anxiety in school. It takes 1-2 minutes. Just close your eyes or focus on something, concentrate on your breathing. Focus your breathing and help it to slow. Just a few moments doing this can change the level of tolerence in school

Look around your house and find fidget things you can hold in your hands. Still you can practice mindfulness when you are having some anxiety or panic. Focus on the feeling it has on your hands. Is it hard or smooth. Do this for however long you need to to calm yourself and refocus back in class

Hun I know sosciety is not always nice. Nothing we can really do about it. But we can do something on how we react. Share this with a teacher/counselor. Tell yourself truths that you know about you. Also please do use the listeners here and vent and share on how this makes you feel.

I do hope all of these things help you out some. Hugsheart
