I'm in eighth grade and I totally get what you mean. I haven't been diagnosed with anixety yet (since I hate going to hospitals), but I get insane fear when I have to socialise with my peers and people in general.

Taught me that conversations aren't that scary, and to, this is going to sound weird, take me out of my mind. To instead of thinking of what others are thinking about me to think about other people instead, think stuff like, "Oh she must be really happy, since she got those new shoes".... or "They must be really scared after that near car crash."
