School and Anxiety
Peers are school can be really rude, in my childhood that happened with me as well. It can be really hard. Sometimes it can even turn into bullying.
Im feeling the lack of motivation from anxiety right now too. I have 3 midterms this week but i cant bring myself to do anything because anything but mindless distraction makes my anxiety worse.
@ccargile Honestly ssame but I have been having panic attacks and everyone takes the mick out of me saying I'm dying coz im hyperventialating and feel like I cant breathe or I'm crazy because I can't stop trembling and it's only because they don't understand what they are and how bad it is. It's just seen as funny to them. So to whoever teases others for panicking needs to grow the hell up
Things have been so crazy for me and now im learning to help myself so that i can help the ones that i love step10
I've been trying to study really hard and I want to be valedictorian and it's been hectic.
this has helped me so much and I always find good people and stuff
@ccargile from personal experience I would say try to find hobbies to fill your spare time. Things that make you feel good about yourself and the time that you spend doing them. And overall trying to make sure that you're smiling and laughing as much as you can. Just a little bit of joy and content-ness with your own life and spare time can really help you realize how little what they're saying really means. Best of luck(:
I'm sorry school is so difficult for you, you're not alone in this feeling.
Talk to someone on 7cups if you feel low :)
Recently my English teacher assigned us group presentations, but the idea of this makes me so anxious I feel as if there's a heavy pressure on my chest. Because of how anxious I get during presentations I sometimes skip doing assignments, knowing that I've skipped them allows me to actually sleep at night. Knowing that I have to present soon makes me stay up thinking about it. I don't know how to deal with it
