have you ever perceived like this?
has anyone been scareed to talk to someone, and u keep thinking about them all the time and u look at them/observe them too much. when they talk to you you shut your mouth and just go mute and try to reply self-consciously. and u care alot about what they think when they look at you. and you create this image in your head even when you know theyre nothing to be scared of. when they show signs of annoyance/anger or u are about to semi-argue with them you get so anxious and your heart starts beating fast, your head goes empty n your legs twitch and get weird feelings and the sole reasonn youre existing right now is to not let the other person have the wrong idea of you and to not let them disregard you. n you dont know what to say anymore and you end up stuttering and trying to avoid the fight with them. whenever anyone blames you or tries to make fun of you, you dont know what to say and your heart starts beating fast out of nowhere. you care about them because of multiple factors, such as looks, popularity, personality and body language. for me its their personality (usually people with lots of friends and extroverts) and fashionable/good looking people.

I could be wrong, but you sound like you're in an academic situation. Maybe High School? When there is stress, the body can feel a 'fight' or 'flight' response. Avoiding someone who represents the stress and retreating inside, is more of a 'flight' response.
If you are in High School, you've got to consider that all of the young men and women there are still maturing and undergoing not only hormonal changes in their bodies, which affect appearance and behaviour, but there are a lot of people who are scared as well, potentially of an unknown future after getting out of school. Even retired people have this fear before entering retirement; they think 'what will I do with all my time since I've had it structured to do something for the past 62 years? My point is that other people there are also having issues, but some choose to extrovertedly be abusive to hide the insecurity.
I think guided meditation can be helpful to program in a subconscious mechanism to reach a peaceful state. There are many good meditations on youtube. It's also helping to try to see one's own level of sensitivity. Because someone doesn't say something doesn't mean that they have a negative behaviour. Someone would make a subtle offensive body language that could be considered offensive, consider that they might not have meant to behave that way. Others who try to intimidate you or call you names or do other stupid things are likely only doing that to hide their insecurity. It's hard, but try to ignore them. If they see you aren't affected by their attempts, they will stop eventually.
