Look into your family’s history, and other conditions like Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Dyspraxia, ADHD, OCD, Non-Verbal Learning Disorder (NVLD), Social Anxiety, PTSD/CPTSD, Social Pragmatic Communication Disorder, Learning Disabilities, and Schizoid Personality Disorder. Look back on your childhood and try to find times you presented autistic traits that were not caused by other factors like the above conditions or trauma. Self diagnosis takes a long time, you’ll have to repeat this process a lot to fully be sure you’re autistic!
