Hiee I'm new to 7 cups ... I came here only to work on my mental health but deep down i feel like i might be on the spectrum... Where i live , there is proper way of a diagnosis... Mental health awareness is pretty backwards... And kids with visible autism are called abnormal or sick ... There's no way for me to know for sure if I'm on the spectrum... I'm just stuck with the feeling of being different... Anybody got advice on online diagnosis?

I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling.

And that there is so much judgement.

I assure you that people on the spectrum are creative, wonderful and full of energy and fun and have so much to offer, definitely not abnormal or weird at all 🩷

Yess... But autism is so stereotyped here that even experts don't listen unless you're visibly struggling... I'm not diagnosed so I'm not sure if i even have that condition... I feel like it's rude for me to assume and self diagnose when there are actually people who have it worse😭😅

It's not rude, it's important to just be open and honest with what you feel 🩷

Test online aren't clinical. But you can get an idea.

I found that one hard. As in I don't know myself as well as to know the answer for some questions or I'm not sure what they mean.

That one made more sense. Do both or more, and get an idea.
