I don't know what to do

I've been seen as deferent sens I was a kid and that made people see me as an easy target to bullying and I was called by "crazy" or "autistic" and this is still happing and for the last 6 months I've been searching about autism and I found that I have soo many traits and maybe that explains why I was seen as deferent but I don't want to diagnose my self but I can't access a therapy so is there anyone can help me to reach the next step
