I feel like there’s something wrong with me
Does anyone else feel like there’s something wrong with them? I feel like my brain just has something wrong with it and I can never get anything right.

Hey man, I know how you feel, but don't let those thoughts consume you. No matter what you do there will be no way to prove those thoughts wrong, so don't try to prove them wrong, slay that monster that's been in your mind and replace it with positive thoughts about yourself. You're a human just like everyone else on this beautiful planet, and deserve to give yourself the respect that you would give to anyone else.

Oh, yeah, all the time. My autism brain tells me a lot of lies. You are amazing and you are loved <3
Remember you are perfect just the way you are. It is going to be helpful if you also let yourself know that. It take reposition and practice, but remember: you believe what you say!!! I strongly believe in you!!!
Hey beautiful/ handsome person I hear you, and I'm really sorry you're feeling that way. But having autism doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It just means your brain works differently, and that difference comes with both challenges and strengths. You might process the world in a unique way, and that can make some things harder, but it can also make you more insightful, creative, empathetic, or focused in ways others might never be.
Feeling like you don’t fit into a world that expects everyone to think and behave a certain way is exhausting. But your experiences and way of being are valid. You matter exactly as you are.
