I hate the way autism is viewed

I get you, some people don't experience these problems you/we face that come with Autism.
All they see is surface when they're not close ones, and even then it's hard to express your feelings when it gets tough, because feelings are another problem autistic people often face.
Autism has its positives but also negatives and a lot of people do not want to be confronted with the negatives.
The "special" thing does sometimes feel like a pity-thing.. or like turning the person into some kind of rare pokemon baby they gotta coddle. 😂

I get what you mean. I’ve fought for my whole life trying to get adequately assessed, only to be brushed off by medical professionals under the guise that I want to be "special" or "gifted". I actually did poorly at school, academically and socially, because of Autism and ADHD.

It is an neurodevelopmental disorder, or disability for those who qualify. Ever since ppl got memo that Asperger’s is under the Autism Spectrum, there’s been wild ideas projected onto Autistic ppl as individuals. That Autistic people all excel academically, that all must have special interests with profound knowledge, that we have high IQ, etc.

It strips those away (like poor lil me growing up), from ppl who don’t possess those abilities or sparsely do. Nobody wants to talk about us with us being in the room, is what I’m getting at. Some ppl want a cute, cozy palatable view of Autism and it drives me nuts.

Yes , your absolutely right your a normal person but by our society autism or Autistic child is seems to be different beacuse some house it is called as mentally gone Case but autism is something that can't be explained to anyone in autism you may have mood swing you may feel alone...... you mau feel depressed ....... but always remember you the best....
