Irritation of Work

Ever since this new pilot from has been introduced to us, my autism is not happy. the constant rapid sounds and seconds within each call it has been having my brain in a severe swirl, and I do not like it. yeah I vocalized my concerns in the company group chat already, but I love opportunity to get more transfers, just not at a rapid pace like this where its seconds between i mean 2s to 4s between. I am going from a 100- 200 call rate to 400-500 call rate that's a really big adjustment. Just wished they would slow it down a bit and be more accommodating

@PhoenixButterfly97

It's clear that the new pilot system is posing significant challenges for you due to its rapid pace and constant stimuli, particularly given your experience with autism. Communicating your concerns in the company group chat was a positive step, and it's important to continue advocating for your needs. The sudden increase in call rate is a substantial adjustment, and it's reasonable to seek a more manageable pace that aligns with your abilities. Exploring potential accommodations or adjustments with your superiors or HR department could help create a work environment that's more supportive of your needs and well-being. Remember that your comfort and mental health are priorities, and finding a balance that works for you is crucial.
