Hi I'm autistic, I feel very lonely today and just low in mood. I struggle to connect with other people and I'm just finding life hard at the moment, I'm hoping a good night's sleep and a long bank holiday ahead will refresh me. Hope you all have had some peace today

@jamie19989, talking to people and making friends is difficult. but down beat yourself down. Austism makes you unique and beautiful and the right people will see that. Hope you sleep well.
