Mood disorder and Asperger's
I'm severe bipolar and recent years diagnosed asbergers. Been sick 50 years with little relief. Mental health professionals have no idea what they're doing. Been to "best" hospitals on East Coast and they were a joke. They were all malpractice cases. And abused and ignored in hospitals. Anyone else have similar problems?

I'm so sorry that you've been unwell for so long.
And have had no support and only hostility.
It can be so hard to advocate for ourselves when people are just so dismissive and not listening 💛

Hospitals have not helped me either, and each day is facing a challenge but I already can tell you're a strong person going thru it and I am sending you all the light and hope that I can muster. Be kind to yourself and please feel free to share anything you need to in this thread! ❤️💎
I think my anhedonia has been so bad since 14 I've felt numb and had trouble relating to myself and others. And created great anxiety. No one could ever figure out what was wrong. Think I figured it out last few years. I feel anxiety, agitation but no pleasure. I've been yelled at by Drs, etc. because my anxiety was great.
It's hard to do things when it doesn't get you that reward and you are anxious. 😟 I totally understand, but don't give up. Keep trying new things and new treatments. Sometimes you just need to rest, but don't give up, you matter ❤️ will be rooting for ya
